*   **Refunds:** All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, and a $6.95 handling fee, except in the case of a damaged item or an incorrect shipment. The returned item must be unworn with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging. 
*   **Exchanges:** Items can also be exchanged for different finishes, if available, or for other items within our catalog. The returned item(s) must be unworn with the UPC tag attached or appropriate UPC packaging.
